VISOFTTECHNOLOGIES was founded in 2003 by Miguel Angel Cervantes, an engineer specialized in the field of computer vision, and with a constant drive to revolutionize existing artificial vision security software applications.

Before his work with VISOFTTECHNOLOGIES, Miguel Angel Cervantes lead with Bruno Delean the development team of the facial recognition technology Visual Skin Print. Visual Skin Print has recently been acquired by IDENTIX, Inc. the world’s leading multi-biometric technology company.

Today, VISOFTTECHNOLOGIES has created BabyWatch®, a security system that monitors baby activity using computer vision. BabyWatch® is VISOFTTECHNOLOGIES’ first product on the market and, thanks to this, VISOFTTECHNOLOGIES can claim to be the pioneering company in introducing computer vision in the domestic environment in a simple, user-friendly, efficient and affordable way.

VISOFTTECHNOLOGIES has several US and International patents pending on BabyWatch®.
